Another great feature that ProfitContact brings to you is Chatbot. Experience instant messages that are made available depending on the needs of customers. Your messages will be sent to the right people. Helping to close accounts is no longer available.

Step 1: Select chatbot in the features menu

Step 2: Create Chatbot message templates

Set up message templates according to the keywords customers send. You can choose 2 types that match the keywords:

Message contains the keyword

Message contains whole keyword

You can enter multiple keywords for the same message body.
